Working on Sweetly means working with clear rules that protect you and the people who watch you. Here’s what you can publish, how you prove consent from anyone who appears with you, how we protect your content and data, and what to do if someone uses your material without permission.

What you can publish

Everything you publish must follow the Terms and Conditions. In short, the following are forbidden in every case:

  • any content involving, depicting or suggesting minors, even simulated, drawn or AI-generated — zero tolerance, with immediate account closure and a report to the authorities;
  • non-consensual acts, real or simulated, and content with people unable to give informed consent;
  • content published without the consent of everyone depicted;
  • extreme violence, real mutilation, cruelty to animals, incest even simulated, and other practices prohibited by law;
  • material that infringes other people’s copyright;
  • content that incites hatred, defames or exposes other people’s personal data;
  • using the platform for grooming, illegal prostitution or other unlawful activities;
  • payments outside Sweetly to get around the commission.

Staff can block content that breaks these rules: you’ll see it with the Blocked by staff mark and the reason. Serious violations lead to account closure, with no payout of accrued earnings.

Who appears with you

Every person who appears in your content or live shows must:

  • be at least 18 at the time of recording;
  • have given informed consent both to the recording and to its publication.

By publishing, you declare that you hold all the rights to the content and these consents. We keep age and identity records as required by the US rule 18 U.S.C. 2257: before publishing with another person, write to support to find out which documents are needed for them too.

How we protect your content

  • Real blur, in the pixels. People who haven’t paid receive a preview already blurred by the server: the full file never reaches their browser, so no trick can reveal it.
  • No duplicates. A file identical to one already published on the platform isn’t accepted: nobody can re-upload your content here as it is.
  • Edits don’t betray buyers. A published post can only be edited after disabling it, and buyers don’t lose it if you delete it.

How we protect your privacy

  • Your real name is never public. The site shows your display name and username; first name, last name, date of birth and documents are seen only by our team.
  • Documents are confidential, used only to verify age and identity, and stored securely.
  • Payment details are encrypted: on the Payouts page you only see a masked version.
  • Choose who sees you. Block whole countries or individuals from Restrictions and blocks, and set your profile to Private visibility if you don’t want to appear in the grids. See Block a user or a country.
  • During live shows don’t show documents, recognisable places or details of your home. Write your rules in the room rules.

If someone steals your content

On Sweetly

If you find your content published by another account, report it with Report › Copyright violation and send a notice under the DMCA procedure to [email protected], including:

  • which content is yours and where the original is;
  • where the copy is on Sweetly;
  • your contact details and a good-faith statement, with your signature.

We review every complete notice and, if it’s well founded, remove the content, usually within 5–10 working days. Repeat infringers lose their account.

If someone disputes your content

If your content is removed because of a DMCA notice and you think it’s a mistake, you can send a counter-notice: the procedure is described on the same page.

Outside Sweetly

For content republished on other sites, the notice must be sent to the site hosting it, usually through a similar DMCA procedure. Keep the originals of your files: they’re the strongest proof the content is yours.

If someone has published content on Sweetly in which you appear without your consent, use the content removal procedure, at [email protected]. When your safety is at risk we act with top priority.

Protect your account

Your account holds your earnings: use a password just for Sweetly, don’t share it with anyone — not even people who help you manage your profile — and change it straight away if you suspect someone else got in. Staff will never ask for your password. All the tips are in Password, personal data and closing your account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I publish content with another person?

Yes, if they’re at least 18 and have consented to the recording and publication. Before publishing, write to support to find out which documents are needed for them too.

Can people who haven’t paid download my content?

No. They only receive a preview already blurred by the server: the original file never reaches their browser.

What do I do if I find a video of mine published by another account?

Report it as a copyright violation and send a DMCA notice to [email protected]. If it’s well founded, we remove it and take action on the account.

Does my real name appear anywhere?

No. First name, last name, date of birth and documents are seen only by our team. The site only shows your display name and username.
