Content Removal Requests

You may use this procedure to request the removal of Content published on Sweetly that depicts you without your consent — for example because you never authorized the publication, because consent you previously gave has been withdrawn, or because the Content identifies you in a way that exposes your safety or privacy. It also covers impersonation and identity theft, where a profile uses your name, likeness, or personal details without your involvement.

It does not cover copyright infringement claims, which are handled under our DMCA Policy, nor reports involving a minor, which we always treat with the highest priority regardless of the channel through which they reach us.

You may submit a request if you are the person depicted in the Content, or an authorized representative acting on their behalf — for example a parent or guardian, an attorney, or a victim-support organization. If you are acting on behalf of someone else, state your relationship to the person depicted and, if asked, provide proof of your authority to act for them.

To help us review and process your request as quickly as possible, please include:

1. A direct link (URL) to the Content or profile, or other information sufficient to locate it on Sweetly.
2. The reason for your request (lack of consent, withdrawn consent, impersonation, or another reason, specified).
3. A description of how the Content identifies or depicts you.
4. A contact email address, and, if available, an identity document or other element that helps us verify your identity or your relationship to the person depicted.
5. A statement that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge.

An incomplete request will delay our review. If information is missing, we will contact you to request it before proceeding.

We review each request on a case-by-case basis. Where the information provided is sufficient to substantiate the request, we remove or disable access to the Content, generally within a few business days of receiving a complete request. In cases involving an immediate risk to the safety of the person depicted, we act with higher priority than the timeframes stated here.

Where possible, we notify the user who posted the Content of the removal and the reason for it, except where the nature of the report or applicable law requires otherwise — for example in personal-safety cases, where we avoid disclosing information that could expose the person who filed the request.

We reserve the right to remove reported Content on a precautionary basis while our review is ongoing, where the nature of the request justifies it.

Submitting a request known to be false or unfounded is an abuse of this procedure and may result in future requests from the same sender being disregarded, in addition to any consequences provided by applicable law for false statements.
