Accessibility statement

Tinklab Ltd is committed to making Sweetly accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, and with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 (Legge Stanca).

This statement applies to the sweetly.net website. It explains where we stand, what is not yet accessible and how to report a barrier to us.

1. Compliance status

Sweetly is partially compliant with the requirements of standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. “Partially” means that some parts of the service do not yet fully meet these requirements: they are listed in the next section.

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet accessible, for the reasons given:

  • Videos and live streams: videos published by performers and live streams have no captions, transcripts or audio description (WCAG 1.2.2, 1.2.4 and 1.2.5). This is user-generated content, and the platform does not yet provide tools to add them.
  • Photos: the alternative text of a published image is the title written by the performer, not a description of what the image shows (WCAG 1.1.1).
  • Age verification: where the law requires it, verification takes place in a form provided by an external supplier and embedded in the page. Its accessibility depends on the supplier and is outside our control. If you cannot complete it, write to the address below and we will work out an alternative with you.

3. What we have already done

  • a “skip to content” link at the top of every page, for keyboard and screen reader users;
  • a focus indicator that is always visible on links, buttons and fields;
  • an accessible name for every button and link, including icon-only ones;
  • alternative text on every interface image, left empty where the image is purely decorative;
  • an automated check that, on every release, blocks publication if an image is missing alternative text or a control has no name;
  • a light and a dark theme that follow the device settings.

4. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 30 September 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by Tinklab Ltd. It is reviewed at least once a year and whenever a significant change to the service alters the status described here.

5. Reporting a barrier

If you come across content or a feature you cannot use, or you need information that is only available in an inaccessible form, write to [email protected] with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you use them, your browser and assistive technology. You do not need a Sweetly account.

We reply within 30 days of receiving your report.

6. Enforcement procedure

If you receive no reply within 30 days, or the reply does not satisfy you, you can contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the authority that supervises the accessibility of services in Italy (www.agid.gov.it).
