Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser and that the browser sends back to the website on every visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage and session storage, keep information on your device in the same way, but are not sent to the website. This policy covers them together, because the law treats them together.

Sweetly uses only two categories: technical tools, which are necessary for the service to work and do not require consent, and third-party analytics cookies, which are only activated if you consent. We do not use profiling cookies or advertising cookies.

These are essential to sign in to your account, to meet age verification obligations and to show you the site in the language you chose. For this reason they are always active and do not require consent. They are first-party cookies managed by Tinklab Ltd; the session cookies cannot be read by JavaScript and are only sent over an encrypted connection.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. It remembers choices you made, such as the theme or video volume, and is therefore a technical tool that does not require consent. It stays until you clear it in your browser settings, unless stated otherwise.

We use Google Analytics 4 to learn, in aggregate form, which pages are visited and how the site is used. Google’s script is not even loaded until you turn on the “Analytics” category in the banner; if you later withdraw consent, it stops sending data immediately.

Google processes this data as a processor on our behalf, under its own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates.

Sweetly does not currently use profiling or advertising cookies, whether our own or third-party. If we introduce any in the future, we will update this page first and activate them only with your consent.

• Age verification: where the law requires it, verification takes place in a GO.cam form embedded in the page. That form may use its own technical cookies, under the supplier’s responsibility and privacy policy.
• Live video: connecting to live streams does not use cookies.
• Payments: buying tokens does not go through third-party pages inside Sweetly and does not set cookies from other suppliers.

On your first visit a banner asks what you want to do. You can choose “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” (only technical tools stay active) or “Customize” to decide category by category. Until you choose, nothing beyond the technical tools is activated.

You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page: the new choice applies immediately, without reloading. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; blocking the technical tools, however, would prevent you from staying signed in and from passing age verification.

We update this page whenever we add, remove or change a cookie. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change requires new consent, the banner will ask you again.
