If you see something that shouldn’t be on Sweetly — illegal content, someone who looks underage, a harassing message, impersonation — report it. The report goes to our moderation team, who review it by hand. It’s anonymous for the person reported: they don’t know who sent it.

What you can report, and where from

How to send a report

  1. Press Report on the content, message or profile.
  2. Choose the Reason closest to what you saw.
  3. If you like, add a few lines in Details: what you noticed, when, and why it seems like a problem. It’s optional, but it really helps whoever has to decide.
  4. Press Submit. We confirm with Report received.

Which reason to choose

For a post:

  • Illegal content — anything prohibited by law.
  • Underage person involved — if someone appearing seems to be under 18. These reports take absolute priority.
  • Non-consensual — if you think someone was filmed or published without their consent.
  • Copyright violation — material copied from others. If you own the rights, also use the DMCA procedure described below.
  • Offensive content, Spam or Other.

For a message or a profile: Harassment, Spam, Illegal content, Impersonation, Underage or Other.

What happens next

  • The content doesn’t disappear straight away. A report isn’t an automatic deletion: the content stays visible until staff have reviewed it. That way nobody can make legitimate content disappear just by reporting it.
  • Staff decide. If the content breaks the Terms of service, it can be blocked — the performer sees Blocked by staff with the reason — and the account can face measures, up to closure.
  • Serious cases come first. Reports involving minors are handled first; content of this kind is removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
  • You won’t get a detailed outcome. Out of respect for everyone’s privacy, we don’t share the measures taken on other accounts.

Content can be reported only once: if you try again you’ll read You have already reported this content. There’s also an hourly limit on reports, to stop abuse: if you reach it, try again later.

When a dedicated procedure is needed

In two cases the Report button isn’t enough, because we need details and declarations only the person involved can give.

  • You appear in the content and didn’t consent, or you want content about you removed: use the content removal procedure, writing to [email protected]. When your safety is at risk we act with top priority.
  • You own the copyright in content published by someone else: send a notice under the DMCA procedure, to [email protected].

If you’re in danger

If someone threatens you, blackmails you or you’re in a dangerous situation, contact the authorities in your country first. Then write to us: we keep the necessary data and cooperate with the authorities as the law requires.

Frequently asked questions

Does the person I report know it was me?

No. The report only reaches the moderation team; the person reported doesn’t know who sent it.

Why is the content I reported still visible?

Because a report doesn’t remove anything automatically: the content stays until staff have reviewed it and decided what to do.

Can I report someone I don’t follow?

You can report their posts and messages directly. For the profile, or for something that happens during a live show, open a ticket with support giving the username.

What happens to people who make false reports?

Reports made in bad faith to target someone are a rule violation, and can lead to measures on the reporter’s account.
