Install Sweetly on your phone

Sweetly isn’t downloaded from app stores: you install it straight from the browser, in two taps. Once added to your Home Screen it opens full screen like an app, without the address bar, takes up very little space and updates itself. The Install page guides you step by step on the device you’re using.

On Android

1. Open sweetly.net in Chrome (or Samsung Internet, Edge or Firefox).
2. Go to the Install page, tap Install app and confirm.
3. The Sweetly icon appears on your Home Screen and in your app list.

If the button isn’t active, open the browser menu (the three dots at the top right) and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

On iPhone and iPad

On iPhone and iPad you install it through Safari.

1. Open sweetly.net in Safari.
2. Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up) in Safari’s toolbar.
3. Scroll down, choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.

From your computer to your phone

In the site footer, on a computer, you’ll find the Install the Sweetly app box with a QR code: scan it with your phone’s camera and the install page opens directly.

Notifications on your phone

With Sweetly installed you can get notifications even when the site is closed: when a performer you follow goes live, when you receive a message, when support replies.

1. Open Settings › Notifications on the Settings page.
2. Turn on Push notifications on this device and accept your phone’s prompt.
3. Choose which alerts to receive with the Site / Push channel.

On iPhone: Apple only allows website notifications for apps added to the Home Screen. If you want push notifications on iPhone, install Sweetly first and turn them on after opening it from the icon.

If you read Blocked by this browser's settings for this site, you declined them in the past: turn them back on in your phone or browser settings for sweetly.net, then return to Sweetly. All the options are in Following, reminders and notifications.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn’t Sweetly on the App Store or Google Play?

App stores restrict apps with adult content. Installing from the browser gives you the same convenience as an app, with automatic updates and no middleman.

How much space does it take?

Very little: you’re not downloading a program, but a shortcut that opens Sweetly full screen. Photos and videos load just like on the site.

How do I uninstall it?

Like any app: press and hold the icon and choose to remove it. Your account and tokens don’t change.

Do I need to sign in again after installing?

On Android you usually stay signed in. On iPhone, the app added to the Home Screen has storage separate from Safari, so the first time it asks you to sign in.
