How to open your Fan Club in five steps: levels, prices, perks and an earnings estimate. Then promotions, your Fans list and how to change prices without upsetting anyone.

The Fan Club turns your most loyal fans into income that repeats every month. You create up to three levels, each with a price and perks you decide; whoever joins becomes your Fan, unlocks the content you reserve for them and renews automatically until they cancel. It opens after your application is approved, from the Fan Club item in your menu, that is the Fan Club page.

Opening your Fan Club in five steps

The first time, a guided process walks you through it. Nothing is published until you confirm.

1. Your Fan Club

A welcome screen explains how it works: recurring income, prices you decide, exclusive perks for Fans.

2. The entry level

Choose the name and monthly price of the entry level, the one every Fan will have at least. The price ranges from 50 to 2,000 tokens a month, that is from €5 to €200. You can keep the suggested name or come up with your own.

A tip: start from a price a fan of yours would pay without thinking twice. You can raise it later.

3. The levels

Decide whether to offer more levels, up to three in total: those who want more pay more. Each level must cost more than the one below. It’s optional: many performers start with a single level and add others later.

4. The perks

Here you choose what Fans get at each level. You can use the recommended setup, already balanced, or tick Customize the subscriptions and decide yourself.

Every level always includes the content reserved for Fans and the level badge, next to the Fan’s name in chat and in comments. On top of that you can add:

Reserved group room	They get into your group show only from that level up
Highlighted message in live chat	Their message stays highlighted in your chat
Exclusive chat symbols	Reserved emoji and symbols
Fan-only polls	They vote on what you’ll publish next
Custom content per month	One made-to-measure request a month
Highlight on the Fan podium	They’re highlighted among your supporters

Perks linked to live shows are only available with live shows enabled.

Watch what you give away. Included minutes and included content cost you something: they’re valued at your rate. Next to each perk you see what it costs you for every Fan who uses it, and if a level gives away more than it earns, the site warns you — “On [level] you're giving away too much for that price” — until you cut back a perk or raise the price.

5. Publish

The summary shows your levels and an estimate of what it could earn you: enter how many fans you expect and how they’ll split across levels, and see revenue and earnings per month, over three months and over a year. If you already have fans on other platforms, enter their number: you’ll see straight away what their move would be worth. The estimate accounts for the payment processing fee (5%) and your share; it’s conservative, because the commission improves as your sales grow.

Press Publish the Fan Club: from then on, anyone visiting your profile can join.

Changing prices and perks

From the Fan club tab you select a level to edit it, turn it on or off, or press Regenerate to redo the guided process.

Updated prices only apply to new subscribers. Existing Fans keep their rate for 12 months: it’s a guarantee for your Fans, and the reason they can join without fearing sudden price rises. If you turn a level off, Fans on it aren’t renewed on that level.

Fans can choose durations of 1, 3 and 12 months; for the longer periods the platform applies a discount, the same for every performer.

Promotions

In the Promotions tab you create time-limited discounts to attract new Fans.

Discount type — a Percentage (1 to 90%), which follows your prices if you change them; or a Fixed amount in tokens, which is clear before buying but weighs less if you raise a fee.
Starts and Ends — the window during which people can join at the discount, not how long the discount lasts.
For how many months — how long the discount follows a new subscriber: 1 means the first month only.
On which subscriptions — all levels or only some.

As you fill it in, you see the discounted price and what you keep. A discount can’t take a level below the minimum price. A running promotion can be ended early with End now.

Your Fans

The Fans tab lists your subscribers, with level, joining date, renewal and locked price. At the top you see Fan Club revenue, Active Fans and those who cancelled but stay active until the end of the period. Filter between Active and Leaving, and press Message to open the conversation with a Fan: you can write first to Fan Club members.

How much can I charge for my Fan Club?

Each level costs from 50 to 2,000 tokens a month, your choice. Each level must cost more than the one below.

If I raise the price, do my existing Fans pay it too?

No. The new price applies to new subscribers; existing Fans keep their rate for 12 months.

How many levels can I create?

Up to three. You can start with one and add the others whenever you like.

Do included live minutes cost me?

Yes: they’re minutes you don’t earn, valued at your rate. That’s why the site shows you what each perk costs and warns you if a level gives away too much for its price.

Can I message my Fans first?

Yes, you can write first to your Fan Club members, from the Fans tab or with Message a fan in Messages.
