Growing on Sweetly means two things: getting found by new people and recognising who already supports you. Here’s how to read your followers list, how the Awards leaderboard works and what to know about ad spaces. All the other ways the site shows you to the public are in Schedule live shows and get discovered.

Your followers

The Followers page lists the people who follow you. For each one you see:

  • their name and username, and since when they’ve followed you;
  • whether they’re in your Fan Club (Fan) or not (Not a Fan), with the level shown by a coloured bar;
  • how much they’ve spent with you in total, even when it’s zero.

The total spent is different from their wallet balance: it’s what they’ve given you, across content, tips, live shows and Fan Club. It helps you see at a glance who really supports you, and who deserves a greeting during a show or a message.

Your followers get your alerts — live shows, new content, scheduled shows — according to their preferences. The more followers you have, the more people turn up when you go on air.

How to grow your followers

  • Regularly publish For everyone posts: they’re what gets your profile known.
  • Schedule your live shows: people who discover you in Upcoming Lives often start following you.
  • Remind viewers now and then during a show to press the follow button.
  • Keep your profile complete, with photo, cover and specific tags.

The Awards leaderboard

The Awards are the public leaderboard of performers who have sold the most tokens. It’s split into three categories — General, Live and Content — and two periods: All-time and This month. The monthly leaderboard resets every month, so even newcomers can reach the top.

While the leaderboard isn’t active yet, the Awards item appears in the menu marked Coming soon.

Opting out of the leaderboard

If you’d rather not appear, go to Settings, Visibility tab, and turn off Show up in the Awards leaderboard. Your name won’t appear even if you sell; your sales and earnings don’t change.

Ad spaces (banners)

Ad spaces on the site are coming soon: the Banners item is already in your menu, switched off, and will turn on at launch. They’ll work like this:

  • you’ll choose a space on the site and the days to show it, with the price in tokens calculated per day;
  • you’ll upload an image with its alternative text, which is required, and the address it links to;
  • every campaign will be reviewed by staff before going live.

A banner period not shown because of a platform fault will be refunded in tokens. We’ll update this guide at launch.
