Request a payout
How to add your payment details — bank transfer, PayPal, Paxum or stablecoins — how to request a payout, how long it takes and what each status means.
In this article
The tokens you earn are turned into money with a payout. Add the details where you want to receive payment once, and when you reach the minimum threshold, request the payout in one click. Every request is processed by our staff, and you follow its status from the Payouts page.
The Payouts page
At the top you’ll find three figures:
- Withdrawable — the tokens you can request now, net of those already committed to requests in progress;
- Awaiting processing — the tokens in requests submitted but not yet paid;
- Already withdrawn — the total already paid.
Below is the list of Payout requests and, in another tab, Your account details.
1. Add your payment details
In the account details tab press Add account details and choose the method type. For each method you see the fee and the minimum.
Bank transfer, PayPal, Paxum
The payment reaches one of your accounts, in traditional currency, with no wallet to manage. It usually takes 2–3 working days after it’s sent.
- Bank transfer — with IBAN and BIC / SWIFT. The site checks the IBAN format as you type.
- PayPal or Paxum — with your account email.
Crypto (stablecoin)
You receive USDT or USDC into your own wallet, with no bank involved and no waiting once it’s sent. Choose the network:
| Network | Good to know |
|---|---|
| Tron (TRC20) | The most used for USDT: low network fees, accepted by most exchanges |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | The most widespread, but with the highest network fees when you move funds |
| Polygon | Very low network fees and fast confirmations |
| Solana | Confirmations in seconds and minimal fees |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | Low fees, handy if you use Binance |
Careful: a blockchain payment can’t be cancelled or recovered. If the address or network is wrong, the funds are lost for good. Check the address character by character and make sure your wallet or exchange accepts that currency on that network. Before saving, you confirm you own the wallet.
Common rules
- The Account holder must match the name you registered with as a performer, the one on your documents. A different name blocks the payment.
- Your details are stored encrypted: the page only shows a masked version.
- If you have more than one, choose the default with Make default. The first one you add becomes the default automatically.
- Details used by a request in progress can’t be removed until the request is complete.
2. Request the payout
- Press Request payout. If the button is off, hover over it to read why: your details are missing, or your withdrawable tokens don’t reach the minimum.
- Enter the Payout amount in tokens, or press Max to withdraw everything.
- Choose Where to receive the payment.
- Read the equivalent: You'll receive about [amount], after a [fee] fee.
- If you like, add a Note for staff, and press Request the payout.
The minimum to request a payout is shown on the page: if you don’t reach it, you’ll read how many tokens you need and how many you have. Some methods have their own, higher minimum.
You can only have one request in progress at a time. Until staff pick it up, you can withdraw it with Cancel.
3. Follow the request
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The request has arrived and is waiting for staff. You can still cancel it |
| Approved | Staff have checked the request |
| Processing | The payment is under way |
| Paid | The payment has been sent: you’ll find the payment reference |
| Rejected | The request didn’t go through: the tokens become withdrawable again |
| Cancelled | You withdrew it |
Payments are processed by staff and aren’t instant: requests are handled as quickly as possible, and the chosen method’s timing is added to staff time. A payout can be put on hold for anti-fraud checks, an ongoing chargeback, or if the account holder’s details don’t match your documents.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the minimum payout?
The minimum threshold is shown on the Payouts page and in the button tooltip when you haven’t reached it. Some payment methods have their own minimum, shown next to the method.
How long does it take to get paid?
Staff handle requests as quickly as possible. After that, bank transfers, PayPal and Paxum usually take 2–3 working days; stablecoins arrive as soon as the payment is sent.
Are there fees on payouts?
Each method has its own fee, shown when you choose it. Before confirming you see how much you’ll receive, already net.
Can I have the payment made out to someone else?
No. The account holder must match the name registered as a performer, the one on your documents.
I got the wallet address wrong: can I recover the funds?
Unfortunately not: a blockchain payment can’t be reversed. That’s why the site asks you to confirm you’ve checked the address and network before saving them.
Why can’t I make a second request?
You can only have one request in progress at a time. Wait until the first shows Paid, or cancel it while it’s Pending.
