Your public profile
Photo, cover, name, status, bio, tags and languages: how to look after the profile your fans see, and how to choose whether you appear in every grid on the site.

Your profile is the first thing people see when they discover you: the photo, the cover, a couple of lines about you, the words they find you by. You look after it from the Profile page in your menu, that is Account, and some visibility choices are in Settings › Visibility. With View the profile you open it in a new tab, exactly as visitors see it.
The first time you open the page, a short guide walks you through the main fields; the question mark at the top reopens it whenever you like.
Images
Profile picture
It’s the round photo shown on cards, in chat and in messages. Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP image up to 15 MB, or take one right away with Take a photo now. Then use the zoom to choose what stays inside the circle. Without a photo, the initial of your name is shown.
Cover image
It’s the wide header at the top of your profile, and it’s also the still image people see when you’re not live. Choose a landscape image, JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 15 MB: while cropping you see how it will be shown. A well-chosen cover is what convinces people passing by your profile while you’re offline to come in.
Who you are
- Display name — the name the community knows you by. You can change it whenever you like.
- Username — your profile address, for example sweetly.net/en/yourname. It can’t be changed: links you’ve shared would stop working.
- Status — a short line about what you’re doing or how you feel right now. It appears just below your photo: update it often, for example to announce your next live show.
- Bio — who you are, what you like, what your fans can expect.
- Country and gender identity — used to show you in the right searches: women, trans, men or couples.
Email and username can’t be changed here; if you need to change them, write to support.
Getting found: tags and languages
Tags
Profile tags are the words people search for you with: physical details like tattoos and piercings, the styles and the content you offer. Type a tag and press Enter; under the field we suggest the most used, which are also the most searched. The maximum number is shown under the field.
Choose specific tags over generic ones: “tattoos” tells a searcher something, “pretty” doesn’t.
Languages
List the languages you speak: people who speak your language find you, and your cards show “Speaks…”. We recommend no more than four — the ones you can really chat in.
Age
Your date of birth is used to check you’re an adult and is never shown. After verification with your documents it can’t be changed. With Show your age you decide whether just your age appears on your profile.
Visibility settings
In Settings, Visibility tab, you’ll find three choices that change how and where people see you.
- Enable live — when it’s on, Live appears in your menu and you can broadcast. Everything about live shows is in Going live.
- Public profile visibility:
- Public — you appear in every grid on the site: feed, live shows, Discover.
- Private — you don’t appear in the grids. Only people who know your username can reach you, and only your followers see you in full.
- Show up in the Awards leaderboard — the public leaderboard ranks performers by tokens sold. If you turn it off, your name doesn’t appear even if you sell.
To choose who shouldn’t see you at all — individuals or whole countries — use Restrictions and blocks: it’s explained in Block a user or a country.
Profile numbers
Your profile shows your Posts, Likes, Followers and Fans, plus when you were last seen online or live. If you have scheduled live shows, they appear under Upcoming live shows, in week or list view.
A profile that works
- A sharp profile picture, with your face well lit.
- A landscape cover that tells your style.
- An up-to-date Status, with your next appointment.
- A short, personal bio, in every language you speak.
- Specific tags, chosen from the most used.
- A few For everyone posts, so people who discover you can get to know you before paying.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my username?
No, your username is your profile address and you choose it only once. Your display name, on the other hand, you can change whenever you like.
How do I stay out of the site’s grids?
In Settings › Visibility choose Private: you don’t appear in the grids, only people who know your username can reach you and only your followers see you in full.
Is my date of birth visible?
No, never. With Show your age you can choose to show just your age.
How do I see my profile as others see it?
Press View the profile: it opens in a new tab, as visitors see it. It’s available once your application is approved.
