Join a Fan Club, change level and cancel
How to join a performer’s Fan Club, how payment and renewal work, how to move up or down a level and how to cancel without losing the days you’ve paid for.

Joining a performer’s Fan Club takes a few seconds, and so does leaving: cancelling is one click, with no phone calls or forms. Here’s the whole journey, from joining to renewal, from changing level to cancelling. If you’re not sure what a Fan Club is yet, start from What the Fan Club is.
Joining a Fan Club
- Open the performer’s profile and press Fan Club (on your phone, Join the Fan Club).
- Choose your level: each card shows price and perks.
- Choose the duration: 1, 3 or 12 months. Next to the longer durations you’ll see any discount and the average monthly cost.
- How do you want to pay: with your Token balance. If your balance isn’t enough, top up first from the Tokens page.
- Check the summary — fee, any promotion, your balance — and press Confirm.
From then on you’re a Fan: on the performer’s profile you’ll read You're a fan, the content for your level unlocks and the level badge appears next to your name in chat.
The price stays yours. The fee you join at is locked for 12 months, even if the performer changes it. After that it moves to the current price, and we let you know beforehand.
Where to find your Fan Clubs
All your subscriptions are on the Fan Club page in the menu. For each one you see:
- the level and the fee;
- Renews on and the date of the next renewal;
- Price locked until and the date;
- any scheduled changes, for example Drops a level on.
Renewal
Your Fan Club renews automatically at the end of each period, and the fee is paid from your token balance. So remember to have enough tokens before the renewal date. If your balance isn’t enough at renewal, the subscription shows Renewal failed: top up your tokens to put it right. You can get reminders about expiry dates under Settings › Notifications › Fan Club and subscriptions.
Changing level
You can move up or down a level whenever you like, from the performer’s profile (Change level) or from the Fan Club page.
- The change applies from the next renewal. The current period is already paid: until then you stay at your current level, and you pay nothing now.
- From the renewal you pay the fee for the new level.
- On the profile you’ll read From [date] you move to the [name] level.
The payment duration stays the same as your subscription: you change level, not period.
Cancelling your Fan Club
- Open the Fan Club page.
- On the subscription you want to end, press Cancel.
- Confirm with Cancel.
This stops the renewal, not the access: the content stays yours until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the page tells you until when. After that date you won’t be charged anything else. If you change your mind, you can always rejoin the Fan Club from the performer’s profile.
The period that has already started isn’t refunded. There’s one exception: if you paid for 3 or 12 months and the performer leaves Sweetly before the end, we refund the unused months in tokens. If the performer stops offering your level, the subscription simply doesn’t renew.
If the performer isn’t available
If you read This performer is currently unavailable., her account is suspended or paused. Your subscription stays in place; if the situation drags on and you have doubts, write to us.
Closing your account with an active Fan Club
You can’t close your account while you have an active Fan Club: cancel it first from the Fan Club page. It’s a safeguard, so closing doesn’t leave renewals hanging on an account you can no longer open.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel a Fan Club?
From the Fan Club page of your account, press Cancel on the subscription and confirm. The renewal stops, but access stays until the end of the paid period.
If I cancel, do I lose the content straight away?
No. It stays available until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the page shows you the date.
If I move up a level, do I pay the difference straight away?
No. Changing level, up or down, applies from the next renewal: you pay nothing now, and from the renewal you pay the fee for the new level.
What happens if I don’t have enough tokens at renewal?
The subscription shows Renewal failed. Top up your tokens from the Tokens page to put it right.
Can I pay for the Fan Club by card?
The Fan Club is paid from your token balance. To pay by card, top up your tokens first from the Tokens page.
