What tokens are and how to buy them
Tokens are Sweetly’s only currency: what they’re worth, how to buy them by card or crypto, where to see your balance and where to spend them.

Tokens are Sweetly’s only currency. You buy them once, in packages, and pay for everything from the same balance: you unlock photos and videos, send tips, join Fan Clubs, pay for private sessions and group shows. One token is always worth €0.10, and tokens don’t expire.
Why tokens and not euros
A single balance has three real advantages.
- You pay once. You don’t enter payment details for every tip or every piece of content: you only use them when you top up.
- You always know what you’re spending. Every price on the site is in tokens, and a token is always worth the same: 100 tokens are €10, 1,000 tokens are €100.
- More discretion. Your statement only shows the top-up, with a description that can be discreet, and never the name of who you supported.
Where to see your balance
Your balance is always at the top of the site, next to your avatar, shown in tokens: for example 250 tokens. On the Tokens page you’ll find your balance, the packages to top up, your purchase History and your Transactions, which show where you spent every token.
How to buy tokens
- Open Tokens from your account menu, or press Top up next to your balance.
- In the Top up section choose a package. Each package shows the final price in your currency and the cost of 100 tokens; the one with the lowest price per token is marked Best value.
- In the Confirm your purchase window, check how many tokens you’re buying and the total.
- Tick the box to accept the Terms, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy, and ask to receive the tokens straight away.
- Choose how to pay and complete the payment.
Tokens reach your balance as soon as the payment provider confirms, usually within moments. There are no added fees or hidden costs: what you see is what you pay.
Payment methods
In the payment window you see the available methods, with an indication of which are active at that moment.
- Credit card — Visa and Mastercard.
- Crypto — USDC, USDT or SOL on the Solana network. The price is calculated at the exact exchange rate at that moment. We show you a QR code to scan with a Solana wallet, such as Phantom or Backpack, or a link to open on your phone. Stay on the page until you read Payment received.
Card payments are processed by specialised providers: Sweetly never stores your full card details.
If the payment stays pending
A payment you’ve just made can stay Pending for a moment: tokens arrive when the provider confirms, not when you go back to the page. With crypto, confirmation depends on the network and usually takes a few seconds. If the status doesn’t change after a few minutes, or it says Failed but you’ve been charged, write to us with the date and amount: if the tokens didn’t arrive, we credit them or refund you.
What you spend tokens on

If your balance isn’t enough, the payment window tells you and takes you to top up with Top up tokens.
Token rules
- They don’t expire. They stay on your balance until you use them.
- They can’t be transferred. You can’t give them to another account, except as a tip to a performer.
- They can’t be turned into money. For viewers, tokens are only for paying on Sweetly. Only performers convert the tokens they earn into money.
- A refund is possible for your last purchase within 14 days, if you haven’t spent a single token of it. All the cases are in Purchase history, refunds and charges.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a Sweetly token worth?
One token is worth €0.10, always: when you buy it, in site prices and in performers’ earnings. 1,000 tokens are worth €100.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens stay on your balance until you spend them.
What can I pay for tokens with?
With a Visa or Mastercard credit card, or in crypto with USDC, USDT or SOL on the Solana network. In the payment window you see which methods are active at that moment.
Can I give my tokens to another user?
No, tokens are tied to your account. The only way to give them to someone is a tip to a performer.
I paid but the tokens didn’t arrive: what do I do?
Check the status in the History on the Tokens page. If the payment shows as successful or charged but your balance hasn’t changed, open a ticket with the date and amount: we’ll credit the missing tokens or refund you.
What shows on my bank statement?
Only the token top-up, with a description that can be discreet and never names any performer.
