What is Sweetly?
Sweetly is the platform that connects fans and performers: exclusive photos and videos, live cam shows in real time and a feed that is always up to date. All performers on the site are adults (18+).
Do I need to sign up to watch content?
The feed and public profiles can be browsed without an account. To like, comment, follow a performer, unlock content or join a live show you need a free account.
What are tokens?
Tokens are Sweetly's internal currency. You buy them once and use them to support performers: tips on content, private shows, live shows and other paid features.
How do I buy tokens?
From the Tokens page in your account area you pick a package and complete the payment with one of the available methods. Tokens show up in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What can I use tokens for?
Tokens unlock paid content with a tip, join private and group shows, send tips during live shows and support the performers you like.
What is the Fun Club?
The Fun Club is a subscription to a single performer: it gives you access to subscriber-only content and to the perks they chose to offer. Each performer sets their own tiers and prices.
How does a tip to unlock content work?
On content that opens with a tip you choose how much to send from the suggested amounts. As soon as the tip is confirmed the content opens, and your name appears in the ranking of who unlocked it.
How do I cancel a Fun Club subscription?
In your account area, under Subscriptions, you can see your active subscriptions and cancel the renewal whenever you want. You stay subscribed until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available methods are shown on the payment screen and may change depending on your country and currency. Every payment goes through an external payment provider.
Why am I asked to verify my age?
Sweetly is for an adult audience. In some countries the law requires an age check before accessing certain content: if you are asked, the procedure is guided and only confirms that you are at least 18.
How do I become a performer?
From the Become a performer page you create your account, complete your profile and submit documents to verify your identity and age. Once approved you can publish content and go live.
How are performers paid?
Performers accumulate earnings in tokens and request a payout from the Payouts section of their area. Minimum amount, fees and timing are shown on the page before you confirm.
Can I hide my profile in some countries?
Yes. Performers can choose the countries from which their profile and live shows must not be visible, to protect their privacy.
How do I report content?
Open the content, tap the three-dot menu and choose Report. Our team reviews every report and steps in if the content breaks the rules.
How do I ask for content to be removed?
The Content removal page explains how to ask for content to be taken down, including copyright infringement reports (DMCA).
Can I install Sweetly as an app?
Yes. Sweetly can be added to your phone's Home screen and opens full screen like an app, with no app store needed. The Install app page has the steps for Android and iPhone.
How do I get notified when a performer goes live?
Follow the performer and you will get a notification when she or he goes live. In the “Upcoming Lives” section of the lives page you can also press the bell on a scheduled show’s card: we notify you shortly before it starts, even if you do not follow the performer.
